The Bioinformatics and Functional Genomics Research Group at the Cancer Research Center develops research in bioinformatics and computational biology with particular interest in studies on transcriptome coexpression networks and protein interaction networks, aiming to integrate and analyze complex biological systems derived from experimental "omic" techniques. In all this work, they pay special attention to biological systems involved in cancer and metastatic processes.
